We advertise each fair in the local press on the run up to the event, leaflet drop the local area and have posters and leaflets at many places locally and further afield.
If you would like any leaflets of any for our events, please feel free to ask and we will be happy to send you some.
Terms & Conditions
No area/stall will be classed as reserved or treated as allocated until the stallholder has paid the charges in full
If an area/stall is reserved for a stallholder and the stallholder does not attend the fair the stallholder will still be responsible for the full cost of the area/stall. The stallholder will not be able to attend any of our fairs until all outstanding charges are paid in full.
If an area/stall is reserved for a stallholder and paid for in full or part and the stallholder does not attend the fair no refund will be due to the stallholder.
All stock must be displayed within the confines of your stall. If any extra tables are permitted by the organiser this will incur an addition charge.
Do not place any stock in walkways, entrances and exits
Stallholders are responsible for customers’ safety within the area of their pitch.
It is the responsibility of the stallholder to ensure that any walkways, aisles, Fire Doors or escapes adjacent to your pitch/stall (Table) are kept free from obstruction during the whole of the time the fair venue is open to the public and as far as practicable during the setting up and dismantling/packing up of the fair
All stallholders must not conduct themselves in such a manner that in the view of the organiser cause disturbance to any other stallholder, visitor or the organiser or create any disturbance, loud noise, obstruction or behave in such a way which in the view of the organiser in unnecessary or unacceptable. Any person who does not comply with these requirements shall be at the discretion of the organiser be removed from the venue and will be refuse readmission during the period of the fair.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel all bookings for future events should the stallholders conduct be unacceptable in the view of the organiser.
Each stall/area will be entitled to entry for 2 stallholders and one vehicle
Stallholders may park in front of the venue for unloading and loading, but must remove your vehicle during the open hours of the fair. At Keston Village Hall the front of the building is be kept clear during opening hours.
Stallholders should not start packing up / clearing away until the fair has closed then they will have one hour to pack up / clear away.
Stallholders should ensure that their stalls /area are at all times clean and free from rubbish to the satisfaction of the organiser. Stallholder should remove and take all their rubbish with them. If any stock or rubbish is left behind by any stallholders the organiser reserves the right to pass on any costs incurred for the removal and may refuse to admit the stallholder to any future event.
We may allow stallholders to use extra tables/shelves along side/behind your table/space, this has to be approved by us and a extra charge will be made.
